This Flo Green DI‑158 LB cures at about 270–280°F at the ink film, which helps control dye migration on polyester, 50/50s, and other “bad bleeder” fabrics while also reducing the risk of scorching heat‑sensitive garments. It flashes quickly around 220°F for 3–5 seconds, so you can run print‑flash‑print or wet‑on‑wet depending on the job and still keep production moving.

Dynamic Fluorescent Green offers excellent opacity and bleed resistance, making it a strong choice for athletic wear, spirit wear, safety and event shirts, and fashion designs where you want a vivid neon green that holds up on poly and blends. Lawson notes that mileage is excellent—roughly 800–1,750 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on mesh and coverage—so it performs well in both short‑run and production environments.

Like the rest of the Dynamic Series, Flo Green 158 is non‑phthalate and lead‑free, with a soft hand feel and smooth, semi‑gloss print surface that works on both manual and automatic presses. It’s compatible with all common direct emulsions and capillary films, and because Dynamic colors intermix easily, you can blend Fluorescent Green with other fluorescents and standard Dynamic colors to build custom neon lime and chartreuse tones.

For softer‑hand prints or fine detail, Lawson suggests using higher meshes—196 to 305 monofilament—while still maintaining strong fluorescent color, especially when printing over a white underbase on dark garments.
