Built on a rugged laser-cut steel frame, the TITAN is designed to handle continuous daily production without flexing. It features an upgraded heating element with superior thermal stability, faster heat recovery, and balanced temperature distribution across the entire 16" x 20" pressing surface. An integrated anti-burn shield provides added safety for busy production environments.
Equipped with a dual-bar handle and pull-down lever system, this press ensures smooth, even contact and consistent pressure across various fabric thicknesses. The electromagnetic auto-open feature releases the heat platen automatically when the cycle finishes—preventing scorched garments and allowing operators to safely multi-task. Combined with a smooth slide-out lower platen, loading garments, positioning transfers, and threading shirts occurs safely outside the heated zone.
