TITAN 16” x 20” Auto / Semi-Auto Dual Station Pneumatic Heat Press with Laser Alignment
Maximize shop output, placement precision, and operator efficiency with the TITAN 16" x 20" Auto / Semi-Auto Dual Station Pneumatic Heat Press. Purpose-built for high-volume custom apparel decorators, DTF printers, and commercial print shops across North America, this heavy-duty dual-station press combines automated air-powered pressure with precision laser alignment.
Constructed on a rugged laser-cut steel frame, the TITAN is built for dependable daily performance. Its dual sliding lower platens allow operators to prepare a garment on one station while the heating head completes a transfer cycle on the other—dramatically reducing downtime. The upgraded heating element is over 21% thicker than Vector series designs, ensuring superior heat retention, fast temperature recovery, and uniform heat across the full 16" x 20" pressing surface.
Powered by an external air compressor (sold separately), the TITAN automates clamp-down force to eliminate physical fatigue and human error across shift changes. With automatic station switching, the upper heating housing glides smoothly between stations at the push of a button and releases automatically when the timer reaches zero.
Backed and distributed by LWG, you gain access to industry-leading screen printing and digital transfer equipment, technical service, and training throughout North America.
